On October 27, during the award ceremony, took place the conferrall of honorary membership to the Nastro Azzurro Institute to the Paganini Prize.

The award was presented by Dr. Enrico De Barbieri, Paganini Ambassador and President of the Provincial Federation of Genoa of the Nastro Azzurro Institute, representing General Carlo Maria Magnani, National President of the Institute.
