It was three years ago that Steve Roger took over as Managing Director of Caecilia Artists, alongside his associate Pedro Kanz. After being appointed at the age of 18 Manager of the Opéra de Lyon Choir, Steve Roger went on to become Orchestra Manager at the Orchestre National de Lyon from 1992 to 1996.

In 1997 he joined the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande and was appointed Managing Director in 1999, at the age of 28, making him one of the youngest Managing Directors of a major orchestra. As well as representing major international artists, Caecilia Artists also organises the concert series «Les Grands interprètes» at Victoria Hall (Geneva) and the «Meisterinterpreten» at the Tonhalle (Zürich).
