Chang Qian, born in 2000, China, is currently pursuing her master’s degree with world wide violinist and educator Cho-Liang Lin in Rice university. In 2018, she was admitted to Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music where she studied under professor Qian Zhou. In 2012, she studied with Jingqiong  Wang in Middle School affiliated  to Xinghai Conservatory of Music.

In 2015, she won the 6th Prize of 11th China National Violin Youth Competition. In 2021, she won the Second Prize of Concerto Competition in YSTCM and performed Scottish Fantasy with YST orchestra.
