Any emerging tickets will be made available to the public the same day from 2:00 pm at the Opera Carlo Felice Box Office.

It is necessary to withdraw tickets booked online by 14.30 on the day of booking at the Box Office in order to allow a proper influx of the public.

Entry will be permitted until 2.55 pm and during breaks only in the following time slots 4.30pm-4.45pm and 6.20pm-6.35pm.

Entry into the concert hall is not permitted during the contestants' performances.
